Has anyone experienced labour and failure to dilate naturally?

or experience with babies never engaging leading to no dilating? Even after days of intense labour?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yes - My child is now 21 - so any info I have will no doubt be out of date.

I never reached full dilation. Was in labour for 4 days in total but not full on contractions for all of that time. Most frustrating 4 days of my life because the contractions kept coming and going.

Eventually the babies heart beat started slowing down (not majorly but enough to worry the docs) and I ended up with a C-section delivery - all was well - and as I say shes now 21 with no issues.

I later found out I had an inverted cervix but no ones been able to confirm for definite if thats anything to do with not dilating properly. (But i suspect that's the explanation)

Yes, with both dc. I had bandles rings so went through all the pain but only dilated to 4 cm. It was only picked up when I had my second. Two emergency c sections, two healthy dc, now 24 and 21.
