Has anyone used those support knickers from Agent Provocateur after the birth?

Did they work?
Would spanx or any other brand work just as well.
Advice please!!!!

I used figleaves version - awesome. Managed to squeeze into mega skinny KAren Millen dress at 13wks preg. Don't ask me about DD's skull shape

I used them,they are really hard to wriggle into but they have poppers at the crotch.They are meant to bring your ribcage back to its pre-preg shape,that is the idea of them,so you wear them non-stop for two months after the birth.That is supposed to be enough to re-align the ribs.The questions that i never got answered were a)are you meant to sleep in them ? and b) how can you put them on right after giving birth if you have had a c-section? Anyway I have no idea if my ribs are in a pre or post natal state as I am still too fat to tell.
They have suspenders if you want to feel minxy two weeks after major surgery.
