confused about “pottyshot”

so i went for my 12 week scan and we saw nothing, just a horizontal white line between the legs (i know it’s super early!!) but when i went for my 13 week i thought what to be boy parts? although some angles it doesn’t look that way, is it possible its the cord? she showed me the cord around the bottom of baby as they were kicking around it! i’ll attatch some photos of nub and “potty” shot! any one else’s look similar?

im still convinced boy but i just thought it was very long/pointy at this stage! have to wait a couple of weeks to see i guess 🙈

id say the nub looks girlish although I’m not an expert

not particularly! we have boys already so would be nice for a girly but happy either way! wish i hadn’t seen underneath it’s really thrown me 🙈 all i can think about lol

It's too early for a reliable potty shot i believe. Going by nub theory I'd guess you're having a girl as it's not angled upright particularly whereas a boy nub would normally point up more.

The genitals don’t form enough to see anything until 16 weeks at the earliest. It’s literally impossible to judge on a picture at 12/13 weeks

so even the sticky up bit could be something else other than boy parts? i did think it was way too early but it’s so obviously something there! 🙈

Yeah near enough this. I went at 15 weeks and 3 days to a private scan and found I was having a boy.
