Put your feet up for a while and relax.

Ask yourself basic questions:

--Am I sleeping enough?
--Am I eating enough?
--Am I drinking enough water?

Usually whenever I have health issue I ask myself those questions (pregnant or not) and they are usually at the root of my problem.

If everything is good, call your midwife just to let her know. It's probably totally normal.

Take care of yourself.

Have they tested you for anaemia. I felt bloody awful, dizzy, tired etc at 28 weeks and my bloods came back just borderline anaemic. I took the iron tablets anyway and felt way better after a couple of weeks.

REST!

Could be low iron, could be any number of things, but do get some rest

Dunno, but I'm coming up to 29 weeks too, have felt like that for the last couple months, definitely not anaemic (very high iron levels!), good blood pressure, and all I can do is sit down, or lie down when it gets really bad.

I'm supposed to be working from home with a laptop but instead I'm going back to bed - the GP and midwives just say to take as much rest as I need, and if that's 20 hours a day, so be it. [shrug]

I've had vertigo for most of my pregnancy, but that's related to other problems and always happens when I'm tired.

I think my prob has been doing too much, im completely incapable of resting, have basically gutted my house over the last 2 months, have either been decorating, been at work or at the gym. Im goin to try and take it a bit easier, plus my decoratings nearly finished, and defo have the iron tablets. Thanks for help!
