Brown spotting early pregnancy

tested positive on Sunday clear blue says 1-2 weeks, first pregnancy. However, Monday and today having brown spotting. No severe pain. Really scared

I had brown spotting around 5 weeks, I had it for 4 days, did turn red for a few hours on the first day it started, went for a scan at epu and turned out the bleeding was from a haematoma and it will absorb itself or i may bleed again. Baby was measuring 6+4 with a good heartbeat, I had a mmc last year and thought the worst but all turned out ok in the end.
