Looking for some hopeful stories
It took us 10 months to conceive
We where so excited, only to have that shattered at 5 weeks on when we lost it.

We do want to try again ASAP but the mental torture or negative tests is so difficult and we faced it for a long time. I'm well aware for some women it took even longer for them.

Anyone who took while to conceive, had a miscarriage and then fell pregnant fast?

Yes I had a mc after 8/9 months. Then I got pregnant after 4 and that’s my first child :) second child… goodness it’s bad I can’t remember now but think it was maybe 4 months again?! Definitely wasn’t as long as 8 and I was a few years older.

Took 15 months to conceive- then had one chemical pregnancy. Then lost one at the start of October, then end of November so took Christmas off because I was in such a bad place and had another child to think of. Got pregnant in January. 34 weeks tomorrow.

After our MC, one full cycle and then conceived the next cycle. Lots of people the same I think your fertility is slightly higher after MC, fingers crossed for you, really sorry to hear about the MC, pregnancy after loss is really tough

I’m so sorry for your loss OP, hope you and your partner are ok.
Yes this happened to us. It took around 2 years trying until I managed to get pregnant in Jan 2019 (I was finally diagnosed with underactive thyroid and got pregnant soon after starting medication). I lost this pregnancy at around 12 weeks. Then was pregnant again 2 months later (June 2019) and again lost the pregnancy, I believe it was around 10 weeks. Then got pregnant a third time in Oct 2019 and DS was born in June 2020. So had 3 pregnancies in the space of less than a year and the third very fortunately worked out. We were not able to conceive again but I am very grateful for DS.

I hope it all works out for you OP, MC is sadly very common but don’t hesitate to ask your GP for a blood test especially if you are struggling to conceive or have more than one MC.
