Sorry for your loss OP. How long ago was it, have you had a cycle in-between? Sorry to ask, it's just the hormones can stay in your body for a short while after a loss sometimes.
Otherwise, yes congratulations you are pregnant! and it is scary after a loss so please allow yourself space to feel however you do.

I think around 14dpo, its difficult to determine as according to my app it states ovulation approximately around 21st July

I would say yes.
Its prob anecdotal I know 4.wpmen who got pregnant (and went to term) immediately after miscarriages.
