Could this faint pregnancy test line be positive at 14 weeks postpartum?

I'm 14 weeks postpartum (not yet had period and started the pill 2 weeks ago so it's not my week break yet). This morning I've got light bleeding when I wipe. I did a pregnancy test and this is my result. When trying for my last two pregnancies I got feint lines like this but am aware it could just be an Evap line?

Nothing there. Maybe get something a bit better than the pill.

When you say it could be an evap line, do you mean it took a while to appear? Because I do definitely see the line!

Yea, I do see a faint line on the second too. Maybe test again tomorrow or in a few days time.

That’s exactly what my test looked like at about 9dpo with DC2. I’d retest in a few days
