Whole leg and bum cramp

Starting early last last i got a cramp in my right bum cheek which swiftly travelled all the way down my right leg.
It's been ALL BLOODY NIGHT, have had hardly any sleep. (am 36 weeks pregnant)
Trying to drink lots of fluids and i have hot water bottle all over it...

Any tips?????

There is no pain like it IMO even worse than childbirth. No advice tho I got DH to massage my feet as it was so bad.

It's the first time it's happened to me but mighty irritating!!!!

I know this sounds weird but it really worked for me.

Next time you get a leg cramp, get your DH to pinch you quite firmly between your big toe and the next toe.

Angeliz, I had this during the night with both my pregnancies and during the day too with ds. I was advised to point my heel out (not point with the toe) IYSWIM (hard to describe!!) and that did help a bit.

Hi, I also get that pain and was told it was sciatica. I sleep with a pillow between my legs and it really helps.
