Slow rising hCG in early pregnancy, looking for others' experiences

Hi everyone,
I’m really struggling with the waiting and was hoping to hear from anyone who’s been through something similar.
I have a history of miscarriage, so I’m finding this pregnancy really anxiety-inducing.
My hCG levels have been:
• Monday: 27
• Wednesday (48 hours later): 37
• Friday (another 48 hours later): 42
They are rising, but very slowly. My home pregnancy tests also don’t seem to be getting any darker, which is making me panic even more.
The Early Pregnancy Unit said they think I may have implanted late and weren’t overly concerned at this stage. They’ve booked me in for an early scan on the 10th, but the wait feels endless.
At the moment I’m just getting the occasional stretching/cramping feeling but no heavy bleeding.
Has anyone had hCG levels rise this slowly and still gone on to have a successful pregnancy? Or if it didn’t end well, what happened? I know no one can tell me what will happen, but I’d really appreciate hearing other people’s experiences while I’m waiting.
Thank you ❤️

I’m really sorry, having experienced this on a couple of occasions, it definitely didn’t have a happy outcome. I think it was classed as a chemical pregnancy rather than a miscarriage. I started bleeding about 7-10 days later than my period was due and it was a bit heavier than a normal period but otherwise fine, physically. Emotionally I was fine the first time. The second time it was harder as I had a couple of miscarriages as well
So sorry you are going through this
