Am I going into labour 1st time mum

Lost my mucus plug on the 30th was very thick and long and stringy, today had a bloody show at 3am then throughout the day,lots of back pain, period like pains and cramps when walking or on my
ball, loose stools. Does this mean im going into labour I did have contractions very inconsistent stopped and start.

Have you spoken to a midwife? V possibly if you have lost plug. I found contractions very much like period pain. It could be a while yet if it’s your first but please speak to a midwife.

This was exactly my start to labour, down to the same timing. Contractions became regular at 10pm and he was born at 11:30am the next day! Good luck! X
