12 week screening bloods

can anyone share any thoughts to make me feel a little better. I had 12 week scan on Tuesday. NT measurement 1.5mm and they said scan look good. It's now Friday afternoon and I've not heard anything. Could that be a good sign. Please only positive comments no anxiety provoking facts or thoughts just could it look good. Thank you x

If you mean the standard screening tests then I’m pretty certain my results took a lot longer than three days, it was up to two weeks I think and the results just came up on the badger app. Is there a reason you’re concerned?

Yeah as above, took a few weeks to come back.

No sorry I know or can take upto a couple of weeks if it's low risk, I mean if it's high risk. The midwife said they would phone if I was high risk she may have said within a couple of days I can't quite remember
