Double pram recommendations

Going to have two under two come October and looking for a pram with the following:
~ able to connect an infant carrier to it (used this loads with my firstborn when popping into shops etc)
~ all terrain wheels as I’ll be using it for dog walks pram

I have the bugaboo donkey. I really like it. It can convert to a single as well so I don’t have to push a double pram around when my son is at nursery. It can be pushed easily with one hand while I walk the dog with the other. It also has holes at the bottom to easily attach a buggy board which is useful when my 3 year old doesn’t feel like being in the pram but doesn’t want to walk.

Only thing with the out n about I can’t attach an infant carrier can I? @Soubriquet

Infant carrier like a car seat? No, but they do do a bassinet

Uppa baby vista. Wish I’d had this with my oldest, was fantastic when I had my second (days over 2 years between them).

I loved that it was so easy to convert. You can have a car seat attachment, bassinet, seat, rear facing or forward facing. Loved using it for nursery run as I could leave the toddler seat at nursery and then convert it to a single.

The buggy board attachment was great when eldest got a bit older.

the basket is huge as well.

I have an uppababy vista as well but I didnt like it as a double. I didnt like that the baby has to go on the bottom and I found it very unwieldy and heavy to push. We live in London and it was very inconvenient on public transport. It has however been brilliant in single + buggy board mode, but there was a bigger age gap between my too (2y 9m), so DD1 was much better at the buggy board by the time DD2 was using the seat.

If I was buying now, id buy the uppababy minu duo. You can attach a car seat to one side and its more compact than the donkey. Its downside for you would be that the wheels are quite small so depends just how rough the terrain is for your dog walks (eg. Are you talking woods / fields / forests? Or more like walks round a park? If the latter, it might be fine.)

@ThreeRandomThingsannoyingly our local dog walk by our house is a stony path so I would need all terrain large wheels - we have the ocarro currently which works quite nicely. Other option is to baby wear the baby and then use the ocarro for dog walks and then maybe get something like the nuna travel duo for out and about/town/shops if anyone’s tried one of those? Mamas and papas don’t stock it so I need to find somewhere that does so I can try it out

Baby Jogger City Mini all terrain takes a baby car seat but it’s a heavy buggy.

They have a smaller one the City Tour which is popular with London parents, but it can’t take a car seat & maxes out at 15kg, which can be problematic if your older one is high centiles.
