Aspirin IVF (natural cycle) pregnancy

I’m 11 weeks pregnant and at my booking appt was told to start taking 150mg of aspirin a night - based on age marker (38) & it being an IVF pregnancy.

when I’ve looked into the reasons for this I understand why based on no ovulation, corpus luteum etc - however my FET was on a natural cycle where ovulation was tracked.

im also terrified after reading the aspirin leaflet that it says taking it for more than a few days after 20 weeks may cause kidney complications and thin blood vessels to the heart of the unborn baby. Please can someone settle my mind as it is now rife with worry.

non of this was mentioned by the midwife and she told me to take it until 36 weeks.

Low dose aspirin is very safe and is often prescribed in pregnancy. I took from 12 weeks in my last pregnancy and had no issues and am currently taking this pregnancy too which I started from positive test this time due to previous losses.
