Bleeding and cramping at under five weeks pregnant, any experiences?

My heads a bit all over the place and looking for some advice. I took a pregnancy test on Tuesday which said pregnant 1/2 weeks. My last period was on 20th June which would mean I would be roughly 4 weeks 5 days. Yesterday I have been experiencing a lot of period like cramp and then had some bright red blood with what looks like some tissue in it. The blood was then easing however still have cramp. Early pregnancy unit will not see me yet as to early to scan and I need to hold off and just keep testing. Has anyone had experience of this and what was the outcome?

I had a lot of cramping early on, like my period was about to start. I didn't have any bleeding though. With the bright red blood and passing tissue, I would be preparing for the worst. Take another test in a few days time. I know the weight is hideous. Sending you hugs.
