Early pregnancy symptoms at 4+3 and wondering about twins

I am currently only 4+3. Got my positive at just 9dpo. This is my fifth pregnancy and I've never had symptoms this early on. The lower back dull pain, the pelvic pain, I'm already gathering weight around my middle. I'm absolutely shattered constantly but also suffering with insomnia. Something is telling me it's twins😅 other twin mamas experiences would be really helpful since I still have to wait a couple weeks for a reliable scan. Or even just 30 year old mamas with multiple other children.

I had very early symptoms and didn't have twins.

In my 3rd and 4th pregnancies I had positive tests from 9DPO and felt very sick from before I did the tests. I looked like I had a bump from very early on.

Neither of the pregnancies were twins.

With both mine I felt pregnant before my missed period. My second was a really strong feeling, even with a lot of spotting, I still felt pregnant. 2nd symptoms were a lot stronger and earlier than my first that it did worry me that it might be twins but both were singles.
