Hi, I need some advice.
My last period started on 6th June, which was 33 days after my previous cycle. I had been on the contraceptive pill for the past 2 years, but I stopped taking it in May because my husband and I decided to start trying to conceive (TTC).
We had intercourse around 7–8 times during my fertile window, from 13th June to 26th June. I believe I ovulated around 25th or 26th June because I noticed egg white cervical mucus, which I usually associate with ovulation.
Based on my last cycle length of 33 days, my period was due on 9th July. Today is 21st July, and I still haven’t had my period.
This morning, I took a Clearblue Digital pregnancy test using my first morning urine, and it showed “Not Pregnant.” However, I still haven’t had any signs that my period is about to start. Instead, I’ve been experiencing sore breasts, occasional back pain, loss of appetite, nausea, tiredness, and fatigue—all of which feel like pregnancy symptoms.
Has anyone had a negative result with a Clearblue Digital test but later found out they were actually pregnant?
I’m feeling really confused and upset because I have so many pregnancy-like symptoms but still no period. I’m not sure what to do next. Should I wait another week and take another pregnancy test, or should I book an appointment with my GP and ask for a blood test?
