Anyone experienced a large cyst during early pregnancy and how it went?

Hi everyone,
I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant, and I'm feeling really anxious.
Before I got pregnant, I was diagnosed with a large cyst measuring 24 cm × 18 cm. My doctor said it's impacting my right ovary, but it's not actually on the ovary itself.
My GP has given me a letter to go to the hospital on Monday to get everything checked, and I'm hoping everything will be okay. In the meantime, I was wondering if anyone else has been through something similar during early pregnancy.
If you've had a large cyst while pregnant, how did things turn out for you? Did it affect your pregnancy, or did it resolve on its own? I'd really appreciate hearing any experiences or advice, as I'm finding it hard not to worry.

24x18 or 2.4x1.8? The first measurements seem rather large…
I have some smaller cysts (actually in hospital gowned up right now waiting to have them removed!) and polyps and fibroids and have had a few scans, some of them have naturally burst (?) or at least broken down themselves but they were all smaller than a cm, certainly not as large as 24cm,

It depends on the type of cyst it is? I had them with 2 of my children, but they were fluid filled. One was the size of a tennis ball at the 12 week scan so much smaller than yours, but they said if it continued to grow they may have to do something. It popped on it's own (I felt it, it was agony, I thought something was seriously wrong). Similar the other time it sorted itself. If it isn't fluid filled though I think they can be more complicated.
