Bleeding in early pregnancy with inconclusive scan

Went for a scan today because of the bleeding
Didnt see much sadly
Cervix is closed and womb lining is thick
I have irregular periods due to PCOS so i never know when im ovulating
Theyve started me on progesterone
Took bloods and will repeat Sunday morning
They said i could of ovulated later, pregnancy in an unknown location or a threatened miscarriage
Has anyone been through anything similar?
Any positive outcomes?

Very faint positive needed my glasses on 🤣

Was negative on 1st July

In which case you could only be like 4-5 weeks and you wouldn’t see anything on a scan at this point. Most places don’t like to scan before 6-7 weeks for this reason.

Only light
Ive had previous MC so i know what to look for
Just got to hope!
