Cramping at 10 weeks pregnant

Hi, just looking for some advice.
The last 3 days I’ve had bad cramping in my lower back. Is this normal?
this is my third pregnancy but I don’t remember the cramps being this bad. I had a scan 5 days and they found a heartbeat ect but now I’m panicking. I’ll be 10 weeks in 3 days

If you are worried are you able to call your midwives for reassurance? On a personal note I am pregnant with my second and between 10-12 and 12-14 weeks had days of really bad lower back cramps, right in the middle lower part of my back. I didn't have these with my first. I saw my GP on an unrelated matter and he commented that every pregnancy is different. My dating scan was fine and just had a scan to determine the sex of the baby at 16 weeks and all is well. Cramps have gone away now. Sleeping with a pillow between my knees helped at night. Thank you that’s reassuring. No I can email my midwife and to be honest I think they will just fob me off. I’m just worried and it’s been 3 days of cramping now.

Hi, I started having lower back pain around 9.5 weeks, with the worst being in the 10th week. Had scan at 11 weeks and showed everything was fine with baby. still have back pain every few days, especially if I’ve had a particularly active day.x
