Baby movements.

I am 16 weeks pregnant with my second baby. When did everyone feel baby movements the second time round? I’ve been told you can feel them earlier or round the same time as your first, I just wanted to know when you guys felt them move.

I am not comparing myself to other peoples pregnancy and I know everyone’s journey is different but just for a piece of mind.

ALSO one last question did alot of your symptoms disappear when 14-16 weeks pregnant?

I’m 16 weeks too and waiting to feel some movement! I didn’t feel much last time until just after 20 weeks but had anterior placenta. This time they’ve said it’s fundal which I think means at the top.

My symptoms have slowed a bit recently, as in I’ve felt a lot less sick! Boobs have got bigger though and sore 🙈

I have a friend who keeps banging on that I should feel movements by now which is not helpful in the slightest. X

I’m due 28th dec, what about you? Are you going to find out what you’re having? We have a scan booked for tomorrow!

I think it’s still very early, don’t listen to your friend! I reckon 16 weeks is the earliest you’d feel anything, I think they say between 16-20 weeks for second x

How exciting please do let me know what you are having, is yours a private scan?was your first a boy or a girl? yeah we will find out what we are having, we booked a scan for 2 weeks time.

it’s just annoying cos she is constantly going on about it everytime I see her, it starts to get into my head🙈

Ahh such close due dates!! Yeah it’s a private scan, will let you know tomorrow. We have a little girl already, got a feeling this one’s a girl too as very girly nub on 12 week scan but we shall see

oh hard when they keep going on!! I’m sure the little ones will give us a nudge soon 🙏

I am 16 weeks too! Due on 28th Dec, all being well.

I thought I felt some flutters a week ago but not felt anything since so now doubting it! Also very keen to feel movements after previous losses.

I'm 21 weeks and been feeling movements for several weeks now but they weren't proper kicks until around 19 weeks, more like little squirms or rolls.

I've been told my placenta is at the back though so nothing in the way to stop me feeling them. I felt nothing until around 19 weeks in my first pregnancy and this is my second baby.

Thankyou! We are having another little girl 💗💗 she was definitely kicking away loads on the screen so hopefully should start feeling it soon 🥰

17 weeks here and nothing yet! Also have an anterior placenta so not expecting to feel much for a couple of weeks yet but definitely looking forward to it!

Only had 1 but my symptoms literally disappeared overnight at 12 weeks! Didnt get movement til about 22 weeks
