Light pink spotting and mild cramps at 6 weeks pregnant

Hi everyone I’m a bit worried. So yesterday after a long day out at the park I had gone to the toilet and noticed light pink blood and the day before I noticed the tiniest small amount of light pink blood in my discharge. I am noticing light cramping but is it normal? I am 6 weeks pregnant and just worried as I had a miscarriage last time.

OP, I would ring your GP, just in case.

Definitely call your EPU to get checked out. Mild cramping is normal (as your uterus begins to stretch) and light spotting can be - I've had it twice and been fine. I've also had a miscarriage in between so totally get your anxiety, a loss and current spotting should make you eligible for progesterone x

Yes see if you can get a scan. I had spotting with all three of my pregnancies. 1st and 3rd were fine, and the midwife reassured me on the second. Turns out it was a missed miscarriage, I insisted on a scan when it happened with my 3rd and he was fine but I desperately needed that reassurance
