I’m 21 weeks pregnant, I haven’t really had a lot of morning sickness I think I’ve only been sick around 3 times from start to 20 weeks this time. I’m now 21 weeks and yesterday all day I was feeling so so sick, in the afternoon I was sick 3 times and then again before bed. This morning I woke up and needed to be sick but as I can’t actually eat anything I couldn’t bring anything up. I’m still feeling so incredibly sick. Is this normal? Also to add, I had a stillborn last year around the 22-25 week mark so think this is why I’m overthinking

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Try eating a dry biscuit, just bits or a salty crackers.

How is your partner/family? any sickness? Thinking it could be a bug? Food poisoning?

Given the sudden onset I’d be looking for any food causes or illness. Do you have a temperature, any bowel issues? Anyone else unwell.

Hydration is important so if you can stomach rehydration sachets that would be a good shout.

given it’s been a good few hours I’d also ring your maternity triage. Get on their radar in case you need to go in for some help.
