Anyone experienced high NT measurement and low PAPP-A in pregnancy?

Hello, has anyone had experience with a high NT measurement and low PAPP-A? I’m not sure on my exact PAPP-A result but I’ve been having a look today on this and I can’t find any other people with these 2 things at the same time? It seems to be one or the other? Thanksb

What is the NT OP? I also have no idea what the PAPP-A result was but the NT was 6.5mm. The baby had patau syndrome and scans and the eventual autopsy also confirmed this. Not sure if that helps as a reference to what a confirmed, genetic issue can show up. Wishing you all the best.
