Anyone else had very sore area at the top of one leg?

The top of one of my thighs is suddenly very sore to touch. I'm also having general stretching pains, but I can't work out why it would hurt just to touch my leg!

I guess I'm hoping someone will come along and say Yes, I had that, it was just SPD/baby on a nerve etc.

I had this in my last pregnancy and just getting it again in my current pregnancy. It wasn't sciatica but I can't remember what the doctor said it was . Pregnancy can trigger it and it took me a few months after my pregnancy to get rid of it last time. I have found that sleeping with a pillow between my legs has helped me this time round and earlier on I put a pillow under my thigh. Hope that helps - but if you are worried speak to your doctor.

I had this. It was SPD. Got worse for a few weeks after DS was born then turned into a numb patch on my leg that slowly got smaller till it disppeared without me noticing.

Any help?

Thanks, Wisknit. I have already been diagnosed with SPD so I am relieved to hear this is just one more symptom.
