Tried to get baby out, anyone know positions on birthing ball to rock baby out!?

Just wanted to know if anyone had any good positions to rock this baby out on a birthing ball?

Help appreciated x

Sitting on a birthing ball and rocking/bouncing can help the baby get in a better position to press his/her head on the cervix which can help get things started, but I'm afraid no amount of bouncing will help if it's not time for birth.
