Hi, Me and my partner have decided we want to try for a baby I’ve been on the depo injection since January 25 so over a year and due my next one in July which I won’t be having. I’ve heard nothing but horror stories about TTC after stopping. Has anyone got any positive experiences with getting pregnant quickly and periods returning quick?

I can’t speak for everyone, but I had depo back to back for about 3 years and fell pregnant as soon as I stopped. In fact, I stopped when I did, thinking I’d have time because of the horror stories and ended up with a child due on New Year’s Eve (which would not have been the timing I wanted, but hey!)

Just stop the injections, eat well, take care of yourself - and of course do the do’s, and let your body rebalance as it needs. Every body is different, so I’d say ignore the stories and go with the flow xx
