Looking for reassurance about a natural pregnancy at 46

Hi I'm new to this group please be gentle. I'm 46 and just found out I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I'm happy but scared as read that a lot end up in miscarriage at my age . I do have a boy 25 and a girl 5 . I'm looking to see if anyone has successfully had a baby at my age . I convinced naturally my own egg . Looking for some reassurance.

Congratulations! My friend's sister just had a healthy baby girl at 44. I know statistics can be scary, but lots of women do have uncomplicated pregnancies and healthy babies at this age. I really hope it all goes well 💕

Yes! About to wake my 10 year old up for school. I conceived naturally much to my surprise just before my 46th birthday so I was 47 when I gave birth. I ended up having a planned c section. Also lots of scans and they put me on vitamin C dose. After I had him and before I was discharged they gave me contraceptive advice which I remember thinking was a bit unnecessary !
