Ate cold Mattessons pork sausage in pregnancy and now worried

Just ate half a Mattessons pork sausage cold!

Basically grabbed it from the fridge without thinking and assumed it would be pasteurised! It says not to eat unless piping hot as it carries severe risk of Listeria/Toxoplasmosis. Freaking out as it wasn’t just a bit! Genuinely didn’t think plus it says ‘Ready to eat’ on the packet. Really worried now!

Was it cooked?

If it's ready to eat, surely it's been cooked so you can eat them cold? The warning about piping hot must be if you choose to reheat.

The threat is not the raw food itself, it's possible food poisoning from it. If you don't develop food poisoning it's fine and even if you do, nothing bad is necessarily going to follow from it.

It means if you re heat it you need to make sure it's piping hot all the way through.
