Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a bit of reassurance or to hear from anyone who's experienced something similar.
We're trying for our second baby, and I'm currently around 13 DPO. I honestly can't remember exactly how I felt before my first pregnancy, so I'm second-guessing everything!
For the last few days I've been feeling:
- Extreme fatigue.
- Very emotional (much more than my normal PMS). Last night I ended up crying for ages because I finally sat down on the sofa after a long day. I just couldn't stop crying.
- Mild cramping and lower back ache.
- I'm hungry all the time.
-
The biggest symptom, though, is my breasts. They are huge, really veiny, and incredibly sore. The pain also extends up into my armpits and under my upper arms. I've genuinely never experienced breast pain like this before, and it's been bad enough that it's disturbing my sleep.
I tested this morning with a blue dye test and it was negative.
I do have PCOS, so I know that can make things a bit more complicated. The cramping last night really upset me because I convinced myself my period was about to arrive and that this cycle hadn't worked.
Has anyone had really painful breasts extending into their armpits before getting a positive test? Did anyone test negative at 13 DPO and then go on to get a positive a day or two later?
I know no one can tell me whether I'm pregnant, but I'd really appreciate hearing other people's experiences while I'm in this horrible waiting stage.
Thank you ❤️
