Hi everyone,
I’m looking for a bit of reassurance (or honesty!)
I’m currently around 11 DPO and due on in 3 days. This was taken with first morning urine, and in person I can see a very faint line much more clearly than it shows in the photo, and it came up straight away.
Can anyone else see it, or am I imagining things?
Did anyone else’s tests start off this faint and go on to be a healthy pregnancy?
I had an ectopic pregnancy in January 2025, so I’m finding it really hard. I’m terrified of getting my hopes up, and it going horribly wrong again.
I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences, whether your lines looked like this and how things turned out. Thank you ❤️

Very faint I think I see it too . By the way just to add when I took a pregnancy test years ago I couldn’t see a line flung the test in the bin. Next morning something made me check and it was positive! and I was indeed pregnant

I can never see faint lines BUT can see yours ❤️❤️

Hopefully tomorrow it will be even stronger,

Thank you for commenting, I’m glad I’m not going crazy! It’s definitely more vivid in person. ☺️

I can see it!!! Hopefully it'll keep getting stronger.

Not to worry you, but I did have a number of chemical pregnancies that lingered as faint line and then went away :(. I ended up doing IVF. So keep checking! Fingers crossed that is not your story!

Thank you! I hope so! You don’t realise how common chemical and ectopic pregnancies are until you are going through it yourself and are on these forums. I’m sorry you kept going through that and I hope IVF was a successful process for you. Me and my fiancé are actually having fertility tests done at the moment due to not falling pregnant since the ectopic in Jan 2025 so I haven’t been through any chemicals but keeping fingers crossed this isn’t one 🤞🏼❤️

Ah that’s lovely! They do say it can happen when your body relaxes and you’re not stressing over TTC. Went for my bloods today and my levels came back at 28 but my progesterone at 47.5 which is good. Have to repeat bloods on Saturday to check they are doubling correctly 🤞🏼🥰

Hi OP, congratulations! How did this go for you? I had a self resolving ectopic last year and am a few days behind you, will test soon! How was your ectopic managed and how did you manage the anxiety around ttc? It’s such a stressful time but gives me so much hope reading stories like yours x

Hey! Thank you so much 🥰 I am pregnant, it was confirmed by the EPU at my hospital on Tuesday I had bloods done and my levels came back at 28 which is low but normal for this really early stage! My progesterone was 47.5 though which I’m taking as a good sign it’s nice and high! I’m having more bloods on Saturday so that’ll be 48hrs x 2 to make sure my levels are doubling as they should! 🤞🏼 I felt really anxious once my hcg levels went to 0 after my ectopic because me and my partner really wanted to try again but we just took our time and tried not to plan too much or overthink was just a kind of ‘wait and see’ situation so 10 months on from my hcg hitting 0 here we are! I hope you’re doing okay after yours, and if you need to chat to someone who understands I’ll be all ears. Sending baby dust to you ✨ x
