Struggling with getting enough colostrum produced, are there any dietary things I can do (food/drink) that can help, to get increased production of colostrum/ breastmilk? Anything that helped you guys?

Fenugreek
I wasn't producing any milk at first and it allowed me to exclusively breastfeed

if you’re asking about colostrum are you still pregnant and antenatally expressing or is your baby days old?

Colostrum is very concentrated and antenatally you should be expecting small volumes. We’re talking drops.

If baby has been born then the best way to increase amounts of milk is to feed or express as often as possible at least 8 times per 24hrs.

No food is going to magically increase supply and there is some evidence that fenugreek can lower supply too.

Give the NCT’s infant feeding line a ring to get some evidenced based information
