I woke up last night at 3 am and there was reddish pinkish bleeding, and i changed my clothes and put a panty liner on and went back to sleep and woke up at 5:30 ish and there was light reddish/ dark red bleeding on the pad and I’ve been lightly bleeding since, this is my first pregnancy and I’m just worried that something happened I’ve spoke with 111 and a midwife and they’ve told me to monitor the bleeding and if there’s any pain in my stomach or lower back or shoulders I should go to hospital I just don’t know what’s happening right now
