12 week scan anxiety and emotions

i have had 3 previous missed miscarriages, each measured at the point of us finding out at 8 weeks, 4 weeks and 7 weeks. I am pregnant again. Today i am 11 weeks and 6 days. i have had private scans at 6 weeks and 6 days, 8 weeks, 9 weeks and 2 days wnd at 10 weeks all.of which showed a healthy heartbeat and good growth. We have our 12 week scan next week, I have had a little bleed, which after a test showed the baby is totally fine (10 weeks and 3 days. However I feel really worried and anxious. What is the likelihood all is ok?

Totally normal to feel like that. The miscarriage risk does drop a lot once the heartbeat is seen / by 8 weeks so it’s really very likely all will be fine for you

I’ll be honest I don’t think the anxiety ever goes away.
im 14 weeks and still worried
I think once baby kicks I might relax a little.
I’m just not excited yet or it doesn’t feel real.
