Bleeding in early pregnancy

Hi ladies,

so I posted previously about some bleeding I’ve been having yesterday so I went to the hospital today for a blood test. I’ve had my results back already and my HCG is 17036, does anybody know if this is any good?

I’m around 5 weeks and 4 days pregnant at the moment. I’ve got a scan tomorrow at 11:15. I’m hoping it’s all ok.

sorry you are experiencing this, with my blood tests I was told +/- 6 weeks should have HCG between 350-32000 so you are within range. However, one single value isn’t telling you about how your pregnancy is progressing as you don’t know if your levels are going up or down. I had miscarriage back in 2024 and it took a long time for my levels to come back down even after the D&C (took 3.5 weeks for the tests to turn negative).
