Are you testing early? If you are due your period then I would test with another brand but if you’re testing early then I would stop (as hard as it is) and wait until your period is due.

I haven’t had a period yet, had my implant removed on the 4th regular unprotected sex and me and partner are trying to conceive. Spotted highly on the 14/15th then positive test on the 19th

Unfortunately I would expect your period within a few days, as it is likely to have been a very early loss. You don't need to do anything.

If your period doesn't arrive within a week, or you develop symptoms like pain or unusual bleeding, test again. Always be aware of the possibility of ectopic, but nothing in your post indicates that.

If you were hoping to conceive, I'm sorry it's probably not good news.

I’d wait until your missed period. If it’s late take a test but I’d suggest a different brand

I haven’t had a period as had my implant out on the 4th and spotted lightly on the 14/15th with the faint positive on the 19th

In that case wait a few days and try a different brand of tests
