Round ligament pain ?

Hey
I’m 13 n half weeks, I was at a party yesterday and danced a lot.
today I have a dull ache/sharp niggle pain in the lower left side.
is this round ligament pain?
it’s been a few hours now and it won’t shift

Is it around the groin/leg joint and travelling up to the abdomen?

Could be, although found round ligament pain just happened and movement caused pelvic girdle pains.

Above my hip

Sounds like ligament pains. Try putting a hot water bottle on it or a warm bath. If it gets really bad (I had a sharp ripping and stabbing pains) take the lowest dose of paracetamol you can.
