6 weeks - light pink discharge/spotting. Is this normal?

I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant. Everything has been going really well, but today I noticed some pink discharge with a tiny pink string/thread in it.
Do you think this could be normal? Has anyone experienced something similar?
I’m feeling a bit anxious, so any reassurance or advice would be amazing. Thanks so much

This can often be normal but any spotting should be reported to your early pregnancy unit just for them to check you over ☺️
If you can self refer in your area give them a call on Monday or request a referral from your GP
