Me and my husband have been together many years and have never had any luck with conceiving. We have always wanted a baby so don’t use any protection, we had kind of just given up hope.

My period was due 2 weeks ago. I’ve been having period pains for 3 weeks now and have felt under the weather and bloated. We had sex on Saturday and I bled slightly but only for a few hours and then it went. Today I decided to buy a pregnancy test whilst in Tesco this morning and now I'm
panicking. Is this positive or is it an evaporation line?

Pregnant! Start on your folic acid now if you aren't already taking it. You missed a period 2 weeks ago so you would already be 6 weeks pregnant. Folic acid is crucial for baby.

Congratulations your defo pregnant and a little bleeding a few times is normal at the beginning happened with all of mine.

Definitely positive! I’ve fetched a few more tests and they’re all positive. Oh my gosh. I’m really shocked. My husband is at work at the moment, I can’t wait for him to get home to tell him ❤️
