Those of you who visited an osteopath ... what did you wear?

I realise this is quite a foolish question! Following some good feedback on here last week, I visited an osteopath last Tuesday, who was excellent, so I'm seeing him again tomorrow. I looked it up on the internet before I went and it said you should expect to be in underwear, so I happily stripped off last time but am now wondering whether this was wrong and I should stay a bit more covered up this time!

I had to strip off too, I thought it was normal (I have a woman osteopath btw). Just remember to wear proper knickers and not an itsy-bitsy thong.

It is best to strip down to underwear as they generally need to see all of your back.

Clean matching underwear - my osteopath requires clients to undress so he can see the shape and curvature of the spine. Occasionally he has to lend clients underwear, especially guys who like to go "commando"..

Phew! I thought I'd made some terrible faux pas

Maternity smalls it is
