I'm not sure if I'm in the right thread but I need some human help - Google doesn't work!

We're actively trying for a baby, my period is due in the next 5-7 days, and the last week my breats and nipples have been horrible, super duper tender, much more so than normal. I've been experiencing pains in and around my stomach - Nothing major but noticeable. More so on the right hand side and some bloating. There's been some minor spotting but again - Nothing major just not clear! Today, I've wiped and an odd yellowy solid lump with a red blood clot type thing in the middle has appeared (approx 1cm) there's some pink blood but again - very very minor. I'm conflicted based on my web searches - Was this possibly the start of something that is no more? Or is it the start of something? I've been tired this week but put it down to work changes/pressures and a bit more 'meh' than I normally would be. Is it too early to tell? I don't know if i'm winding myself up and overthinking so I'd really like to see if anyone has a shared experience and could offer some light onto maybe what's happening. Obviously aware everyone is different and may not be the same. * There IS an image available but thought best to leave it at this stage - will post if it helps *

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

It is definitely too early to tell for a lot of reasons, not least the fact that chemical pregnancies are a risk. However, I tested faintly positive at 8dpo with my first and the very first sign was excruciating breast pain when I don't normally suffer badly with it as part of my cycle. I can still remember showering and being shocked at how badly it hurt to even move my arms. This was before I tested positive. Why not do a FRER test if you can afford to waste one? It's too early to accept a negative as the final word but you may get a faint positive if you are.

Unfortunately it is impossible to tell and I don't think the photo will help. Given your expected period date any embryo would be 0.1 of a milimetre so I don't think the visible lump can be anything indicative of your likely outcome.
I really really felt a difference when I was actually pregnant, so what you are feeling can really be something, but you will have to wait a few more days to find out.

Too early to tell. A week ago you would have just been conceiving and if it was just implanting now you wouldn’t have had symptoms for a week already. You are totally winding yourself up

It sounds very similar to my symptoms, I almost wrote them off because it was my usual period symptoms but just a lot more intense. 12 weeks along now and my boobs are still agony everyday 🙈
