Possible early pregnancy after recent Botox treatment, feeling anxious

Hi,

I’m hoping you might be able to calm my spiralling brain down a little bit! I had 70units of Botox three weeks ago (I had never had it before) and went for my top up today, I was given about 11 units in my forehead and 11’s. Once I got home, I felt a little strange, and I did a pregnancy test (mainly out of curiosity- I have chronic anxiety, can you tell?!) and there was a feint positive. Now I just feel absolutely sick. Everything I have read online just sounds very scary.

Is there anyone that can reassure me please ?

Don’t panic. Baby is completely safe and in its own little cocoon at the moment. The placenta doesn’t take over until around week 8/9 and for now, baby is reliant on the yolk sack.
