Metronidazole side effects

Anyone else taken Metronidazole for BV while pregnant and had extreme side effects ? 💩
The stomach cramps have been unbearable 😩
Apparently normal ?
Anyone else taken this medication before x

It’s a nasty anti biotic as far as side effects go so probably normal. I’d probably look at some other treatments if pregnant tbh
