Hello, I went for initial fertility scan yesterday and afc scan. I was told that I have fibroids and that they would need to be removed first before looking at conceiving or egg freezing.
I am a 40F. Can anyone recommend a good surgeon or practice where I can have this procedure done? And how much they paid?
I’m based in the midlands but happy to travel further for the right surgeon. So far I have been recommended Adrian Lower in London. I have also been recommended Mr yousri afifi in Birmingham.
Apparently my fibroids are big as it has pushed up my ovaries, but apparently once the fibroids are removed everything should fall back into place 🤞🏻. The mri scan should confirm the exact size of the fibroids.
