Positive tests and light spotting in early pregnancy, looking for reassurance

Hello. I’ve had a couple of positive tests and have a blood test on the 16th. I’ve been having light pink spotting on and off for 2 days which I know is normal. However yesterday it got a little darker, still on and off, not a lot at all, and I guess I just need advice/ hope as I want this pregnancy

On my 1st pregnancy I had spotting, no cramping which after a couple of days turned into heavy bleeding and a miscarriage. My symptoms did also disappear.

For my 2nd pregnancy I had spotting which lasted a month and had cramping at the start. I was sure it was gonna be another miscarriage but DS is now a happy 16 month old. But my symptoms still kept progressing with this spotting.

I have had a miscarriage a couple of years ago, and it was heavy bleeding from the start. My symptoms haven’t disappeared and it’s not enough blood to soak through to a pad and is only there when I wipe. Just really want this pregnancy and I’m scared to go through another miscarriage as the first one I was so much pain with and had to go to the hospital. I’ve had no extreme cramps, just a little discomfort here and there but nothing like cramps or the ones I’ve experienced with my previous pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage.
