Laptop on pregnant belly

I am 11 weeks pregnant. I was working from home and could not work on a table with the symptoms kicking in, so I lay in bed with the laptop. I think at one point for a couple of hours I had my macbook air on my lower stomach without realising! I’m not too worried about the heat/radiation, but more on the weight pressure. I won’t do it again, but could it potentially harm the baby?

I think you’ll be totally fine - lots of people will be doing the same (including me in my last
pregnancy!) and others will be doing the same or something worse without knowing they’re pregnant. If there was a risk of harm
the nhs would give guidance against doing it

Laptops really don’t weigh that much and the baby is incredibly tiny and in your pelvis. It’s absolutely fine
