What pain killers can i take in pregnancy....?

I have a really sore throat and feel like my glands are up aroung my neck. Im only 4 wks pregnant so not sure what i can take? Is paractomal ok?

yes paracetemol is fine but nothing else that is all you can take really

Yes, it's OK. That's about it though without asking your doc first...
Have you tried squeezing a lemon into hot water and adding honey? better than lemsippy things.xx

Paracetomol is fine, but not Lemsip etc.

Ibruprofen is baaaaad - can cause fetal abnormalities/miscarriage.

Can use Boots own Cold Remedy as doesn't have all the other stuff in - I checked with the Pharmacist - otherwise just paracetomol.
