Has anyone been induced early due to dizziness and palpitations?

Has anyone felt unwell from 33 weeks, I’ve had dizzyness, feeling week, brain fog, breathlessness and some heart palpitations I have been to triage checked over bloods and ecg but it’s all come back normal so not any further forward to why I keep feeling like this, now 35 weeks and it’s still happening having a sleep or a lucozade helps at the time but then it happens again some days up to 5 times in the one day.
i have a consultant appointment this week for mode of delivery and was wondering if anyone has been induced at 37/38 weeks because of something like this? And I’m struggling so going to ask and see

I had this. Ferritin was only 10. Took ferrograd tablets every morning with a vitamin c tablet to help them absorb and within 2-3 weeks all
symptomd vanished when my ferritin was back over 40. You can buy ferrograd for about £4 at a chemist without prescription. Get your ferritin checked and if they tell
you it is ‘normal, get the actual figure. If it’s generally low treat it and ignore the GP who will most likely tell you it’s fine. It’s not.

Have they checked for pre eclampsia?
