I had an operation as a child for an umbilical hernia and have a scar inside of my belly button, this has now stretched out as my tummy has grown (26 weeks) and is giving me some real pains...any advice? anything i can use to make it more comfortable?

There is nothing you can do I'm afraid. I tore a fresh scar (from a laporoscopy) when I conceived two months after having it and it's just the skin giving. The good news is it should only hurt for about a month because after that the nerves are too stretched to feel anything (yeah I know that sounds really comforting)

I had bad pains at my appendectomy scar because of adhesions. Agree it will stop in a while but unfortunately there's not a lot you can do now apart from paracetomol

I get stretching pains on my cs scars- not a lot you can do I'm afraid, unless some support may help- I find the over the bump trousers mre pleasant to wear? Hope it eases soon.x

I got stretching pains on my appendix scar with ds1 at about the same time as you, but they went after a few weeks. Weirdly I didn't get them on my splenectomy scar on the other side, perhaps because the appendix was older. It is uncomfortable, poor you, but it won't last forever.
