Just that really - try not to overthink these things but you know when you have a niggle?
2nd pregnancy and have felt quickening and flutters since before the 12 wk scan (where measured at 13 anyway) and have felt movements, strong movements, on and off. Irregular but starting to be able to predict certain small patterns. Felt a proper "from the outside" kick Thursday, had MW on Friday, strong heartrate 155 and kicks during doppler. But since then i've been to the gym, done some swimming and also been unpacking summer clothes / moving things around to get the house a bit sorted (light weight but lots of it) and I haven't felt much / if any movement since. Have tried the cold drinks / sugary snacks / music on the belly / gently prodding - nothing.Trying not to worry but it's just impossible really.

Go to your local maternity unit and get the movement monitored. Don’t worry about seeming paranoid - better to be safe! I’m sure and hope it’s completely fine. I felt movements very sporadically and currently have a healthy baby asleep on me :)

I would just try not to worry OP, you don’t have to start tracking movements until around 28 weeks anyway, anything prior to that is not yet a pattern and changes are so common- most women haven’t even felt movement yet by 18 weeks and it is too early for movements to even be tracked by the monitors.

Try not to stress x

This is what I am struggling with - i get on paper everyone says 18 weeks is too early, they are small etc. But - they're not that small, they're 22cm and if you're already familiar with feelings and movement in the day, then to notice a sudden stop of all of it could be something? Would you honestly wait 2 weeks to the 20 week scan if nothing at all just hoping it's still ok? I get i've had no bleeding but would that be the only sign something is wrong?
From 12 weeks, at least once a day I have fluttering / wriggling / and as of the last week full kicks. There's also a "pressure" you feel when they are just in there freely moving about but not directly whacking you!
Since Saturday - nothing. And I usually feel the most at the end of the day when I finally sit back and relax and can feel goings on in there.

If you’d like some reassurance for yourself OP could you always get a private scan?

Otherwise though, it is so normal for movements to change this early on in pregnancy hence why counting kicks doesn’t start until much later. All it would take is for babies position to have changed at 18 weeks and it not to be felt.

I’d call Triage- you won’t be able to relax until you have spoken to a professional. Mine have always been very accommodating.

Babies dont yet have a pattern. Its too early.
Its very normal to feel movements every day then it can go quiet. Babies still very small. Theyre not large enough , its different in later pregnancy when baby has less room in the womb. Movements come and go at this stage.
Im in exactly same situation, After weeks of movements I hardly feel baby. Hadn't felt in days but had 2 scans in 1 week and all was well.
In my first pregnancy it was the same.
Try not to worry as irregular movements are normal at this stage. If your worried you could try get a scan.
My triage won't see me before 20 weeks. I have to either have private or go through a&e

Thanks all - I know we're all different, you just have to voice it sometimes don't you? My first bubba was almost impossible to feel from start to finish, so this one being so actively noticeable so early on just feels completely different! But had some really strong movements and 2 little strong boofs last night, could feel pressure and wriggling around again so they must have been having a good stretch! Thanks again all :)
